TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: September 24, 2026

1. Who we are

456awelder.ca (“the Service”) is operated by H&H Technical Services, a business name of Keyhole Supply Co. Inc. (“we”, “us”), 110 Cumberland Street, Suite 237, Toronto, Ontario M5R 3V5, Canada.

Contact: access@456awelder.ca

2. What the Service is

The Service is a study tool for people preparing to write the Red Seal 456A Welder certification examination. It provides practice questions, explanations, practice examinations and progress tracking.

The Service is study material. It is not training, instruction, certification, or a substitute for an apprenticeship program.

3. No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Canadian Council of Directors of Apprenticeship, the Red Seal Program, Skilled Trades Ontario, the Canadian Welding Bureau, or any provincial or territorial apprenticeship authority.

“Red Seal” is a certification mark owned by its respective owner. We refer to it only to describe what the Service prepares you for.

We cannot grant, influence or guarantee any certification.

4. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Accounts are for one person. Do not share access. We may end access where we reasonably believe an account is shared.

You must give accurate information when you register.

5. Access, payment and duration

6. Refunds

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our authorized reseller and merchant of record. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by visiting paddle.net and selecting “Request refund”. Refund requests are handled by Paddle under Paddle’s Refund Policy.

7. What we do not promise

Please read this section. It is short and it matters.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Reporting problems with questions

The Service lets you flag a question you believe is wrong, unclear or out of date. This helps us and we welcome it.

When you submit a flag or a note:

Do not submit examination content. Reproducing certification examination questions may breach the examination body’s rules and may expose you to consequences with that body. If we believe you have submitted such content we will delete it and may end your access.

9. What you may not do

You may not:

We may end access immediately for breach of this section.

10. Our content

All questions, explanations, structure, scoring and materials in the Service are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright.

Buying access buys you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own study during your access period. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

Some third-party material referenced by the Service — including certification standards and examination blueprints published by government bodies — remains the property of its owners.

11. Ending access

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may end or suspend access if you breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service while you have paid access remaining, we will arrange a refund of the unused portion through Paddle.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If we do, we will post the updated version with a new date and, where the change is significant, tell you in the Service or by email.

Changes do not apply retroactively to access you have already bought. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

15. General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver. These terms are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
